In 2011, Community Advocacy Project (CAP) received a final program rating of Promising based on a review of studies by Tan and colleagues (1995); Bybee and Sullivan (2002); and Allen and colleagues (2004). In 2020, a re-review of the same studies, using the updated CrimeSolutions Program Scoring Instrument, resulted in the same final rating of Promising.
